A curfew has been established for persons sixteen years of age or younger in any unincorporated areas of Elyria Township between the hours of 12:00 o’clock midnight and 5:00 o’clock a.m.

Exceptions to the curfew include school and job related activities as well as being in company of adult family members or others charged with a minor's conduct.

Shown at left is a photo of a reflective address sign sold by The Elyria Township FIre Department.
They are made out of aluminum and covered with green vinyl material and are 18 inches long by 6 inches wide. The numbers are white reflective material and are 3 inches high. They are sold at cost for $10.00, for one plate and 2 sets of house numbers.
The signs can be purchased at the Elyria Township Fire Station at 41416 Griswold Road and can be picked up between the hours of 7 am to 7 pm Monday thru Sunday.
